The capsules manufactured by Morlo are either in a single colour or specially designed according to customer requirements. We manufacture four colour prints in our in-house printing shop and, if desired, we can also implement individual Pantone colours.
Furthermore, your products receive their very own individual character through our printing and hot embossing, granulation and inner printing as well as the tear-off tab and hole perforations on the capsule skirt and capsule top.

Careful consultation from the design right through to the finished capsule!
Our sales employees and technicians offer advice and support from the very beginning in implementing your design ideas into the capsules. In our own in-house printing shop, we implement your individual design preferences with regard to colour, motif and layout on five state-of-the-art web printing presses using flexo or gravure printing processes.
The finished printed foils are made into Morlo premium capsules on special capsule machines also known as “coiling machines”. If desired, our capsules can also have tear-off strips and lids that are sealed on top. Hot foil embossing of the top lid and capsule sleeve can also be selected in order to further enhance the finish of your capsules.
